These terms apply to all bookings made with C Line Cars ("we", "us", "our"). By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and pricing

We agree a fixed price with you before you travel, based on your route, group size, luggage and pickup time. A standard £5 pickup and drop-off charge applies on top of the quoted fare unless stated otherwise. We do not add hidden fees to a confirmed quote.

Changes and cancellations

Damage and cleaning

Any damage to a vehicle or need for additional cleaning caused during a booking will be discussed and agreed with you directly. We will not charge undisclosed fees after your journey has ended.

Delays

For airport and port transfers, we track your flight or crossing where you've given us the details in advance, and adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge for delays outside your control.

Liability
